Recondioning

We are here with an economical solution
An efficient performance of a compressor completely depends upon a good condition of its valves.
Our well-equipped workshop and highly trained personnel carry out the overhauling procedures as follows:
Dismantle
Disassemble deteriorated valves for visual inspection, checking for major damage, valve plate breakage, or excessive wear.
Punch Mark
Individually punch mark valves with the job number and serial number for identification.
De-grease
Clean all components to be reused in reconditioned valves by de-greasing them thoroughly.
Sandblast
Sandblast components with glass-bead media to achieve a clean, rust-free surface finish.
Non-visual Cracks
Inspect seats, guards, and plates for non-visible cracks using ultraviolet light.
Replace
Replace seats, guards, and center bolts if they are cracked, damaged, or beyond repair.
Inspection Report
Prepare a detailed inspection report along with a quotation.
Machining, Grinding, and Lapping
Restore valve seat tolerance and flatness through precise machining, grinding, or lapping.
Flatness Check
Verify valve seat flatness under Optical Flat Monochromatic light.
Assemble
Reassemble the valve with new sealing and spring elements according to the OEM drawing and parts list.
Pneumatic Pressure Test
Perform a pneumatic pressure test on each valve under simulated operating conditions to check for leakage, spring load, and valve lift.
Pack and Deliver
Pack the valves securely and deliver them, ensuring they meet their original designed performance characteristics.
